As a Remedial Massage Therapist my focus has been on education on the best practices to move your (&my) body with ease & efficiency.

I believe that showing up and spending time focusing on your body awareness is time well spent. Learning how to build resilience to injury, great breathing drills & finding strength limits in the body is how I train myself and others.

In Strength & Conditioning I educate on technique: to empower, give purpose to how to move your best, how to challenge your strength and endurance & to enjoy the journey.

Our preoccupation with goals, results and the quick fix has seperated us from our own experiences
