**Book an Initial Private 1:1 Training to assess your movement limits and weaknesses. This ensures a 4-8 week Training Plan optomising your stability & strength in continued Private or Semi Private Trainings.

Semi Private Strength & Conditioning

  • Individual Training Programs to progress you to & through your set goals (4-6 week Training Blocks)

  • 3 people max to ensure you receive coaching throughout

  • Group setting amplifies motivation & accountability
