Most Joints Move 3 Dimensionally (forward/back | side to side | rotation)

You need all joints to move equally (within their range) creating optimal transfer of force through your entire body.

Workshop Details:

In this 3 part workshop I guide (&cue) you through finding 3 dimensional movement from your feet up. You will gain insight on how you hold your posture and move it. You’ll experience where you move well (maybe too well) and where movement is limited. You’ll learn to create balance between joints to discover how your body can move at its best. 

You will learn to re-build and re-distribute movement to create change in body and how it functions. We will integrate the joint movements into 2 phases of the gait cycle:

(1) Loading / Suspension / Pronation

(2) Heel Off / Propulsion / Supination

Foot Pressure Charts so you can mark your journey on regaining balance from your feet up

Joint by Joint Movement Charts to mark your progression of increased movements

Set of AiM (Anatomy in Motion) Wedges to be used under your feet, teaching your body how to find its best base of support and movement

Based on Gary Ward’s Anatomy in Motion Flow Motion Model this workshop is to get you to experience how YOU MOVE and where you move from.
